A bathhouse. A man walks from the pool to the changing room and realizes that he's forgotten a towel. He observes everyone else with towels. Next to the green curtains of the changing booth, he notices a sign: "Please do not towel with curtains." He gets an idea. Title: "FOLLOW THE RULES." The happy man leaves all green, but unaware of it.
